Doctoral thesis conducted under the supervision of Doctors SEMPERE NAVARRO A. Served as Deputy Inspector of Employment and Social Security in the Labor Inspection between 1988 and 2010.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Research Lines:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; \u201cLabor insertion of people with disabilities\u201d. Currently, part of an emerging research team on this subject linked to the Chair of Disability and Employability TEMPE \u2013 APSA, at the Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez University, whose objectives focus on proposing new legal-labor measures that facilitate the employment access of workers with disabilities as well as their adaptability at work.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; \u201cSufficiency and sustainability of Social Security pensions\u201d. This is one of the biggest problems in Social Security, affecting all States. Although it is a broad topic, the research focuses more specifically on the contributory retirement pension, which includes comparative analyses between States. It especially deals with the issue of active aging and the compatibility of the retirement pension with work.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8211; \u201cSocial security provision for self-employed workers\u201d. It is known that self-employed workers have marked differences from employees. The research focuses on proposing legal measures that improve the social protection conditions of this group and their equalization in Social Security with employed workers.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>ROSARIO CARMONA PAREDES<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Ms. Rosario Carmona Paredes, Collaborating Professor at Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez University of Elche, member of the Department of Legal Science and specifically of the Area of Labor Law and Social Security. Graduate in Labor Relations, Bachelor\u2019s degree in Labor Sciences, and Master\u2019s in Human Resources Management, Work, and Organizations.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Management<\/strong>: Vice-Dean of Degree Projection in Labor Relations and Human Resources.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Secretary of the Works Council at Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez University of Elche.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Member of the Gender Studies Research Center at Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez University. A very important line of research is related to equality and labor law with participation from 2010-2013 in the research project \u201cThe temporal construction of time from a gender perspective: from work-life balance to co-responsibility\u201d, funded by the Ministry of Equality. She has written \u201cWorkplace, sexual and gender-based harassment in En tierra de Hombres\u201d. Book: Cinema and Law in 21 Films and \u201cThe specific rights and duties of research staff\u201d which analyzes the equality plans of Public Research Organizations. Book: The professional status of research staff employed under a labor contract.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>A second line of research focuses on the study of labor contracting regulations in the public administration, or the figure of the non-permanent indefinite contract in \u201cJurisprudential construction of the non-permanent indefinite contract\u201d from the book, The professional status of research staff employed under a labor contract in the framework of the Research Project of the same name, funded by the National Institute of Public Administration, or the article in the International and Comparative Journal of Labor Relations and Employment Law \u201cThe conventional regulation of the interim contract in the University: substitute teaching staff\u201d, 2017.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>A third line, as a member of the Research Group on Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods: Mediation, Arbitration, and Conciliation.
